A popular residence for stone cutters. Albert and Charles Laughlin boarded here in 1899. James Payette lived here in 1898. Albert was born in Kentucky in 1877 and was accepted into the St. Paul Stone Cutters Branch in May of 1899, the same week as Frederick Purdy.
