1900 City Directory and Census. Arnold Reibestein, (misidentified in the CD as A. Reidesdon), was born in Minnesota of Bohemian parents, Anna and Franz Reibestein, a stonemason in 1871. The family lived in Mankato, MN. Arnold joined the St. Paul Local of the Journeyman Stone Cutters Union in April of 1898 and served the local in several capacities including president in 1900. Reibestein raised a large family in St. Paul and was a city inspector in 1920.
