Louis Nutzmann

Louis Nutzmann lived, along with his wife and large family, on the Upper Levee near the Omaha Bridge. He was born in Germany in 1848 and emigrated in 1875. He is called a "grinder" in the 1900 CD but the 1900 Census identifies him as a stationary engineer. According to Find a Grave, he died in 1919 and is buried in Oakland Cemetery in St. Paul.
