1905 Payroll and City Directory. William Trauger Haney (1856-1929), was born in New Jersey and lived at 14 Louisa in 1905, an address that no longer exists. William married Margaret B. Boardman. He worked as a laborer on the construction and got a job on the Capitol staff as a fireman after the building was completed.
