• Butler Brothers Construction company, the general contractor, and a separate section that shows Butler Family photographs and a memoir by the youngest   partner of the firm, Emmett Butler
• George J. Grant Construction Company which undertook the excavation and built the foundation.
• Lauer Brothers & Miller of Saint Paul who constructed the basement.
